The Calvary Choir Concert of Choral Music
The Calvary Choir will sing in residence at Durham Cathedral, Durham, UK, July 2025. Functioning as the cathedral's choir while there for a week, they will sing daily services of Evensong and a Sunday Choral Eucharist. Repertoire includes music by Herbert Howells, Richard Proulx, Thomas Weelkes, William Walton, Josef Rheinberger, and J.D. Frizzell under the direction of Kristin Lensch.

Preceded at 2:30pm by a composer’s symposium.

A 2:30 discussion with Peter, (Zoom), Dennis and Richard (in person) will explore
what is involved in transcribing these orchestra and piano compositions
to be playable on the organ.
